How To:

Setup:

  1. Set cable to the lowest height with a single handle.

  2. Stand sideways to the machine and hold the handle across your body.

Movement:

  1. Raise your arm out to the side until shoulder height.

  2. Think “lead with the elbow” and keep shoulders down away from ears.

  3. Lower slowly with control and repeat before switching sides.
