Hi, I'm Gianna! Most of you may know me as an online influencer, but let me tell you a bit more about myself.

I grew up in Illinois—mostly in Plainfield, and later in Minooka. I was always active, playing volleyball, cross country, and track. Volleyball was my main focus, and I played for both school and club teams for six years. Unfortunately, due to family hardships, I had to step away from the sport.

At 16, I moved across the country to Houston, Texas, with my dad. I felt lost without the sport that had once been my everything. Then the COVID-19 pandemic hit. I started doing home workouts in my garage and got into running. At first, my goal was just to shrink as much as possible and become “toned.” But that slowly shifted. I started using jugs as weights, then eventually bought my first set of dumbbells. One of my best friends even helped put together a home gym for everyone to use.

When gyms finally reopened, I didn’t give up. I stayed consistent, gradually spending less time in the cardio section and gaining confidence in the weight room. I kept showing up—even when I felt lost and insecure.

Eventually, it was time for college. During my first year at the University of Oklahoma, I joined the powerlifting team and began documenting my journey online. After transferring schools and moving back to Houston, I started consistently training at Alphalete/Alphaland and continued sharing my story. One thing led to another, and here I am today.

Now, I'm a National Bikini Competitor, coaching hundreds of women and building an amazing online community. This is your sign: never give up on your dreams.

The biggest takeaway? We all start somewhere. I had no reliable information when I began—just the belief that “smaller was better.” I created this space so women everywhere could have a supportive community to call home.
