Pull using the rear delts, controlled stretch.
How To:
Setup:
Attach a wide bar to the seated row machine.
Sit tall with feet on the platform, hands wide on the bar.
Keep elbows soft and shoulders down.
Movement:
Pull the bar toward your upper ribs by driving elbows out and slightly back.
Focus on squeezing your rear delts at the end of the row.
Return the bar forward slowly without shrugging or rounding your back.
