Drive back knee up on the way up for power and balance.

How To:

Setup:

  1. Stand in front of a box holding dumbbells.

  2. Place one foot fully onto the box.

Movement:

  1. Push through that foot and stand tall on the box.

  2. Drive the opposite knee up for balance/power.

  3. Lower under control and repeat.
