How To:

Setup:

  1. Stand on a step or machine with heels hanging off.

  2. Hold dumbbells or use machine load.

Movement:

  1. Drop heels for a full stretch.

  2. Rise onto toes and pause 2 seconds at the top.

  3. Lower slowly.
